To run these examples in a notebook install Jupyter and run the notebooks from their source

XDesign aims to provide tools for designing xray-imaging experiments.

These tools include a computational geometry library for simulating x-ray phantoms and data acquisition, quality metrics for quantitatively rating the image reconstructions and scanning procedures, and other helpful functions for specifying motion and coding aperatures for computational imaging.
